This status means your parcel is ready for export customs security scanning. Once it clears the scan, it will be forwarded to the airline. This typically takes 2–10 days. If your parcel is stuck here for more than 3 weeks, it may have failed the security check and could be returned to the shipper.

This means the parcel has arrived at the destination country's import customs office. Once import customs clearance is completed, the parcel will be handed to the local postal service for delivery.

This status means the seller has generated a tracking number but hasn't physically shipped the item yet. Many sellers do this in advance. If the status doesn't update within 7–10 days, contact the seller to confirm shipment.

Packages can appear stuck for several reasons: the parcel is between scanning points, customs clearance is pending, there are weather or logistical delays, or the destination country's postal service hasn't scanned it yet. Allow extra time during peak seasons.
